Unless you’ve been living under a rock, I’m sure you’ve heard of I.Am.Gia. It’s the hottest new line that all of the models are wearing, and it’s so popular with all us non celebs because it’s so so affordable! I’ve seen bloggers, models, and friends all rock the brand, so I decided to try it out for myself.
I’m pretty tiny, so the baggy pants don’t always look that good on me. I’ve tried a pair before and immediately returned because I looked extremely awkward. But, I fell in love with the Cobain pants so I had to order them (for reference, I’m 5’3 wearing a size XS and can wear these with flats/sneakers perfectly!).
They shipped really fast, so when I received my package about three days later I put the pants right on! They fit amazing!! They’re super high and tight on my waist, but not too tight where I can’t breathe! These pants also have the perfect bagginess to them, so I don’t look too large or awkward and the bottom is perfect to pair with sneakers or booties (like I did!). So, you can really dress these pants up or down and get a lot of use out of them! They’re perfect for daytime activities and work since they’re so comfortable.
I felt so confident in these pants that I went all out with my outfit. I paired it with my white patent booties. I love the white with the tan, it meshes so well! These shoes are also my most comfortable bootie (and they’re on sale!). I stuck with a basic bodysuit, but the straight neck adds a subtle detail and then I went all out with my jacket.
I found this number hiding in my mom’s closet and I tried it on for fun and ended up loving it. The shoulder pads are so cool and I feel very Lady Gaga. This outfit gives me major NYC street wear vibes and I love how basic everything is and so easy to put together! If you’re looking for something similar to the jacket, try a white denim jacket or a white moto jacket!
These pants are definitely worth it if you’ve had your eye on them for awhile! I’ll definitely be purchasing more from the brand (already also ordered the leopard faux fur jacket from there) and I can’t wait to share it all with you guys!
