I always seem to find the best (and most affordable) basics at Zara! I love buying comfy tees and jeans. Those are probably the two items I have most in my closet, and it’s because I wear them almost every day! So, when I came across this pair of detailed denim jeans for under $40, I had to buy them. Same for when I find a super soft cotton tee for under $10! Thanks to Zara, this happens a lot.

I have multiple basic tees from Zara, but I love this one because it’s v-neck, super soft, and I love the stripes. I usually never wear stripes, but this tee was too comfortable to pass up. I paired it with these adorable frayed jeans. I was hesitant to try this trend because all of the jeans I liked with the frayed hem were so expensive, until I came across these! They were so affordable (on sale for under $40!!!) and fit perfectly. I also love that they’re high-rise because that’s basically all I wear nowadays.

If you’re debating on trying this trend, I say go for it! You can pair these jeans with flats, heels, or sneakers and they still look so cute. They also add detail to any simple outfit. You can throw on your favorite sweater, plain white tee, or bodysuit and call it a day. I decided to throw on my mules (which I’ve been wearing almost every day) and added the belt for an extra accessory. This belt is from H&M, but isn’t available anymore, so I posted some similar options below! To shop my shoes click here.

I love how these basics can be styled together perfectly to create a detailed (and comfortable) look!
