It’s difficult to find the perfect jeans for the summer. If they’re too tight, you’ll be so hot, but sometimes I’m just really not in the mood for jean shorts. So, I had to share these perfect two pairs of jeans with you guys. It also helps that they’re under $40 from Target!
First, I came across the Mossimo blue flare jeans while at Target. I had never bought jeans from there before, but I had to try them on because they were only $30!! Such a steal in comparison to my other denim flares, which are usually around $78!
These flares are perfect for the summer. I love how they just make my outfit pop and give off a 70s feel. They’re also super stretchy and soft and I love the bright blue color. In my first look, I’m wearing them with an Urban Outfitters “Out from Under” white bodysuit, which I wear almost every day, and my Charlotte Russe wedges (that I got for just $25!!). I thought I’d add a little color by pairing it with my red suede Free People belt.
This look is super casual and you can pair these flares with any bodysuit or a tank top and flip flops and you’ll be comfortable all day! They’re so versatile, so you can really dress them up or down. To dress them up, I decided to swap my bodysuit and belt for this Free People blouse. I feel so summery in this look and it’s perfect for those chilly summer nights. It’s also super easy to just throw on if you’re in a rush or don’t know what to wear!
The second pair of jeans that are perfect for summer are these cropped flares. My friend came across these while we were at Target together, so I knew I had to share them with you guys too! The cropped denim are on-trend right now, and they’re also so easy to dress up or down, just like the flares!
These jeans are perfect with flats or heels! They’re cropped, so with the black wedges they look super cute and can also be worn with this t-shirt or with a bodysuit (since they’re high rise!) for going out. To dress them down, I decided to style the jeans with this LF t-shirt and some Steve Madden sneakers. You can also wear these with flip flops!
I love how both of these jeans can be worn in so many ways, so you can get as much wear out of them as possible. They’re such a great price and add a little something extra to any basic outfit!
