Spice up your regular tank top and high waisted shorts look with these accessories!

First off, this is my absolute favorite new basic tank top from Urban Outfitters! I have it in two colors and it’s so easy to throw on and goes with anything. It’s also perfect to show off your cute bralettes. I have so many bralettes and not enough shirts to wear them with so this one is perfect because it’s also low in the back. I amped up my outfit by turning an old scarf I found into a cute vest! You can easily do this by folding your scarf in half and tying both sides into a tiny knot.

I then paired my tank and vest with black Levi jean shorts that I also got from Urban Outfitters. I love these shorts because they’re a faded black and not super tight on me like most high waisted jean shorts are. I then threw on my black hat, favorite H&M booties, and my Ray Bans.

My bag is Milly and it’s the cutest over the shoulder bag and the fringe is totally in right now. I also added a wrap choker, which is also in style lately. This one’s from My Best Friend’s Closet, but you can find them at almost any store!

I love this look because it’s perfect for the hot summer days and it’s a simple, easy outfit to throw on. It gives your basic tank and jean shorts look a hippie vibe. You can even dress it up by putting on a nicer jacket and strappy heels.
